So here we are with some more motivation; shadow boxing as an exercise is excellent and somehow less ‘boring’ that some others techniques. Just put the gloves on and imagine that your boss is in front of you telling you no raise this year: Hit up, now hit down, and go and hit up again, LOL

Shelby Blue is an amazing prove that exercise does wonder for your body; you can not ask a woman her age, but I bet you a lot (lot) of girls out there would kill to have a figure like Shelby’s when they are no longer “teenagers”. The secret to all this: Perseverance!!!

January is the Fitness (and still Sexy) month here at SexyMuse. We try to post images related to Fitness from the models we work with, and the idea is to keep you motivated at least for this 1st month of the year.

This year we are not bringing Fitness starts out of state competitions; Instead, we are just bringing girls next door that are getting into the exercise wave too. 1st bave sexy muse model is our beautiful Becca, a girl with a real good body already, but that is aiming to loose a few pounds she got during the holidays.

An old song I used to dance to when I was in high school. It talks about this beautiful lady full of energy and a contagious spirit.

From this song, I used to imagine how this ‘cubana’ will look. Well, several years later, on a trip to NC I found a cubana that reminded me of that song.

Not Juana, but Hanna. She’s a hot nude model we have had the opportunity to work with. Caliente, as most of the Latinas I know, she is also a tiny bottle full of energy and positive vibe.
